We currently deliver our e-fatbikes within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
⏱️ Shipping Times
Orders are shipped within 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your payment is confirmed. While we typically ship faster, this window accounts for all fulfillment factors, including quality checks and logistics.
- Pre-orders may take longer and are clearly indicated at checkout.
- You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
🚛 Shipping Methods
We ship using:
- Trusted courier services
- Swiss Post
- Direct delivery by our team (if available in your region)
Shipping method is determined by your location and the item ordered.
💸 Shipping Fees
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes (TTC). You’ll see the full amount before finalizing your order.
📦 Delivery Terms
- Risk of transport damage passes to the customer once goods are shipped.
- Ownership transfers upon handover to the courier.
- While we aim to deliver on time, Molenstraat Sàrl is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. weather, courier backlog).
📬 Undeliverable Packages
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we’ll contact you to reschedule. Additional shipping costs may apply.
🛒 Pre-Orders
Estimated delivery times for pre-orders are shown at checkout. These may change, and we’ll notify you of any major delays. Full prepayment is required.
